About Mohini

An LLB graduate from the Queensland University of Technology, Mohini was admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of Fiji in 2000.
 
Mohini then practiced as a property / commercial lawyer for over 7 years with a commercial law firm in Suva, Fiji in the areas of:

• Property Law
• Conveyancing
• Insurance Law
• Personal Injuries
• Compensation Claims
• Commercial Law,
• Civil Litigation relating to Property and Caveat Law
• Wills & Estate, and Probate 
• Powers of Attorney

Mohini has specific interest in the area of property law and has undertaken vast research on caveat law.

Mohini moved to NSW in 2008 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2010 and she joined our firm in August 2010.

Mohini speaks both English & Hindi.
