About Chetna

Chetna worked as a solicitor overseas before she came to Australia. A post graduate in Health Law from University of Sydney, Chetna also specializes in Family Law, Property Law and Commercial Law. Apart from English, Chetna speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Telugu.

Chetna is experienced in the preparation of Wills and Power or Attorney and in dealing with applications for the grant of Probate and Letters of Administration.

She has also acted in many property transactions selling properties and purchasing real estate for occupation or investment representing individuals, companies and developers in their pursuit for purchase and sale of real estate.

In her role as a property and commercial solicitor, she is proficient in dealing with various agencies including but not limited to the Office of State Revenue, Office of Fair Trading, Land and Property Management Authority, Councils, different government departments, various banks and developers to name a few.

Chetna also takes up Family Law matters and represents clients from diverse backgrounds, who find it easy to communicate with her due to her knowledge of different languages and her empathetic and caring attitude.
