About Rahul

Rahul specializes in Compensation Law, handling claims for individuals arising from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and medical negligence. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994 and has extensive experience in dealing with complex factual and legal issues and with claims involving the catastrophically injured.

Rahul is an expert at gauging whether a case is likely to succeed or not, and believes in keeping his clients completely informed throughout the legal process. He sees his role as maximizing the rights and entitlements of workers in industrial accidents and of those injured in motor vehicle accidents and victims of medical negligence. He has a caring and compassionate approach to his clients.

He aims to minimize stress for his clients and explains complex legal issues in simple English.

Rahul has extensive experience in the practice of Family Law.

He has been involved in cases dealing with all aspects of Family Law. These include complex financial matters involving untangling of parties interest in multiple investment properties, Family Trust, Family Companies, Unit Trust, Self Managed Superannuation Fund (Kruger & Kruger [2008] Family CA 492).
